 The source is about the author's job as a speaker on censorship.  After her presentions she allows her audience to decide on how they feel about the issues of censorship.

The purpose of the article is to discuss censorship.   The article shows different views of censorship and how its used in schools today.  It has several references and resources and it appeared in an academic journal.  Yes,because the author speaks on the topic and is a librian at a public library.  It was published in the year of 2007.  It is high school/college reading level.
