     This source dicusses how newer technology conflicts with societal standards of free speech. To examine to what extent the goverment can control free speech, expecially as it pretains to new technology. This author uses many examples from different court cases therefore it shows that it is reliable. We are not exactly sure about his credentials, however he did write two other articles on the same subject which gives him some credibility. The article is only eight years old and is very up-to-date but it might not be usable by lay people as it uses jargon at every corner.
